Even if Hitomi had never developed big boobs (Perish the thought!), she's beautiful and doll-like so she would have still had a huge following. Breast-blessed, especially for a Japanese girl, Hitomi has an even bigger following because she is so unusual. Most Japanese women tend to have small boobs and the girls with really big breasts are usually on the heavy side, not slim. Hitomi is a rarity.
